Many CLAN objects are made after your order is placed. This allows production to follow real demand and gives each piece the attention required by its material.

What made to order means

Your order enters the production schedule, materials are selected for the specific object and the piece moves through preparation, construction and finishing. Natural leathers can vary slightly in grain and colour; these differences are part of the finished object.

Timing

Estimated preparation and delivery information shown at checkout applies to your order and destination. If a product requires a different schedule, we will contact you using the details provided with the order.
