CLAN Private Atelier is the private space for your bespoke project: from the first idea and choice of materials to the finishing touches and making.
01 · PRIVATE ATELIER
Your project, step by step
- Tell us your idea. Sign in with your CLAN customer account and send a request with the model, your preferences and reference images.
- We define every detail. The CLAN team reviews your request and agrees materials, colours, personalisation and feasibility with you.
- Approve your quote. Receive a proposal with specifications, total price and indicative timing. After your approval, pay the full amount through Shopify.
- Follow the making. Production starts after payment is confirmed. Your atelier brings together messages, approval requests and updates on your piece.
02 · PRIVATE ATELIER
A personal space, in your language
The atelier interface is available in Italian, English, French, German and Spanish. Messages can be translated, with the original text always available.
Every request is subject to review by CLAN. Materials, availability and timing are confirmed in the quote.
03 · PRIVATE ATELIER
When all artisans are busy
Join the waiting list without payment. CLAN will share an indicative start window and offer a place when one becomes available. You then have 72 hours to approve the quote and complete full payment. If the offer expires, you can remain on the waiting list for another opportunity.
